How To Stop Worrying

One of the practical things that helps me not to worry is reminding myself to take life one day at a time. I definitely think it’s good to look ahead and plan out your week, deciding which task will fit into which day, but I have personally found that once this is done I feel so much more at rest if I keep my mind on today. As I do this I find that God’s grace is always with me for today. When I purposely keep my view to one day at a time it is much easier for me to remain calm and trust God, but if I am constantly thinking about everything I have to do for that whole week; self-effort, anxiety and even panic can easily set in.

If you would like to read or listen to more on the subject of worry-free living, here is a blog post that I wrote and recorded an audio version of that I believe will encourage you. (read or listen)
