Do you know what one of the coolest things about the grace-life is? It’s that you come to realize it’s not about you. You suddenly see it as clear as day – “Oh my goodness, This Is All About Jesus!”

And when you see it, glorious results follow. As you may know, the Branson Women of Grace conference is almost sold out, but guess what has not even crossed my mind, not even one time? The thought, “People are coming to see me.” No way! They are not coming to see me. People are coming to encounter Jesus and I just get to be one of the speakers who has the privilege of pointing them to Him. Man, that get’s me soooooo excited! 🎉🎉🎉

If you only knew how different my thinking is under the new covenant of grace from how it was when I was living under the old covenant of law. I’m telling you right now, same scenario (sold out conference) with me living under the law I would have been like, “Wow, I’m awesome. I must be so popular that all these people signed up to come see me.”

BUT NOW, under grace, that sounds like the most laughable and absurd line of thought ever. 😂🤢🤮

God radically delivered me FROM MYSELF the day He showed me how deeply & unconditionally loved I was by Him and that I could go ahead and stop trying to work for His love because Jesus finished the work; therefore I WAS IN and I WAS IN TO STAY – ALL because of Jesus. “WHAT? You mean to tell me I’ve been working all these years when the work was already finished.” 🙃

What a relief it was the day I found out it was never about Sandra McCollom to begin with. It always was and it always will be ALL ABOUT JESUS.

This profound revelation removed the 1,000,000,000 pound weight off my shoulders that I had carried for 34 years.

My heart is forever changed by His great grace and I’m not ever going back to thinking it’s about me again. I’ll preach it until my dying breath.

It. Is. All. About. Jesus. 👆👆👆👆👆👆👆👆

Yes! Jesus yes!

JANET

It has been a huge relief to me to hear and read your teachings and learn that life is not about me, but about Jesus and the gift of grace. I’m slowly losing the weight of perfectionism, power, control and trusting that God is in charge. My job is to pray, listen, and follow Jesus which allows me to surrender fear, doubt, and insecurity. This really is freedom of the Spirit. My eyes and heart have been opened reading your book – “I Tried Until I Almost Died” and I’m grateful for the way you have shared your wisdom, strength,… Read more »
